We offer intervention to improve people’s performance through the development of skills and knowledge, aimed at changing the way in which they plan and make decisions. Our activities are based on a practical business approach, which allows participants to feel closer to everyday situations, working on challenges they face on a daily basis. We believe that the development of activities is effective when participants are able to implement new behaviors and achieve better results. Therefore, we emphasize on the importance of applying knowledge to real tasks. Each company, area, team and situation represents a unique development need. We work as partners with our clients, developing the most appropriate approach on a case-by-case basis, in order to attain each client’s goals.
We develop each program with the aim of satisfying the needs of the organization. Thus, we adapt contents and design to better fulfill the educational or business purposes.
We work with typical cases and problems of the organization and industry. Our eminent instructors have over 10 years of experience in conducting training programs for companies and universities and are fully specialized on the training topics.

Transference from theory to practice
We work on the applicability of what has been learned into the workplace. We suggest a series of activities inside and outside the classroom that will allow attendees to incorporate habits and the best practices for achieving greater effectiveness in their daily work. In addition, we seek the generation of change in participants and also impact across the organization.
- Tasks and reading material to raise awareness
- Material for reflection and conceptualization (readings, videos)
- Self awareness test
- Bibliography for consultation and deepening
- Plan for improvement and development
- Generation of initiatives for change
- Learning Tips from the workshop
- Workshop Blog
- E-learning to strengthen content between workshops
- Contact with the facilitator beyond the classroom space
- Involvement of participants' bosses
- Pedagogical coordinators
We adapt our intervention processes to a development framework that is suitable for our clients. We work with courses, seminars and even full programs with several interaction phases, trainings and virtual support. We may even resort to more than one training program at a time
We create customized development programs that may include a combination of on-site training sessions, as well as other activities, such as: e-learning, administration and coordination of intermediate tasks, supply of additional reading material, development of on-line communities and coaching, among others.
Clinics have a theoretical content framework, but they mainly focus on the analysis of real cases. Decision-making clinics allow us to work on key concepts while focusing, at the same time, on the main aspects that need improvement. We work with participants’ real decisions, for an immediate application of the concepts under study, and we use tools on those decisions, providing an improved learning experience. We also work with team decisions in real time, using a decision-making methodology suitable for each situation. We analyze a team’s specific problem, using tools and triggering concepts, thereby generating a learning experience that results in concrete action plans, which are then monitored. To ensure that all participants put the newly acquired concepts into practice and achieve real changes in their habits, we encourage support and monitoring tasks.
A workshop is a co-learning experience, in which participants generate change initiatives, by spotting improvement opportunities. In our workshops, we get down to work, using tools to allow us to solve real problems. Participants build knowledge and values, developing skills and attitudes through their own experiences. This type of work is tailored to the participant´s needs and can be adapted, based on a prior assessment. We review the improvement opportunities, encouraging participants to work on concrete actions for immediate application, with the implementation of follow-up procedures.
We work with group cases, encouraging participation and interaction among attendees. We focus our practice on concepts, tools and processes through game-related activities for an enhanced learning experience. We work on everyday cases and problems of the organization and the industry, or with generic cases of other industries that reflect a common problem, with the aim of avoiding slants concerned with the particular business’s situation.
We offer shorts seminars and professional update forums, aimed at sharing insights on current and challenging topics related to our specialty areas. Sometimes we organize work breakfast events or “lunch&learn” events that provide an informal environment to develop work interests. The general goal is to discuss certain topics that create interests and new perspectives, encouraging discussions and developing the setting for a productive environment that triggers new ideas on the topics under analysis.
Sometimes, the need for development is spotted through a complex decision that needs to be effectively made. We work with executives by giving them practical advice on a specific decision-making situation. Thus, we make an optimal use of the time, by focusing only on those techniques and tools the participant needs at that particular time. In these types of interventions, we usually work on all the factors involved in the specific decision, including attitude, analytical and methodology aspects. We might also perform, together with our clients, a quantitative analysis in order to provide a real-time learning experience.
We combine the application of the latest virtual education technologies with best practice learning tools, developing learning programs tailored to each company’s specific needs. We develop an online community that combines on-site and on-line methodologies, with the aim of ensuring a continuous learning framework for decision-making, and providing participants with a suitable setting for interacting and exchanging experiences, under a best practices approach. This platform includes the use of tools to support the learning processes and materials for the program’s participants and for those interested in a continuous training. We work on the basis of a multi-directional communication scheme that allows participants to be responsible for their own learning, sharing their own ideas, exchanging experiences and learning from each other.
