Building effectiveness in decision-making processes across the organization
Our client wanted to develop a decision-making culture across the entire organization.
We designed a “cascade” type of program: top leaders would analyze the company’s effectiveness in decision-making and define the key areas and issues to be improved. At every workshop we were able to identify the actionable improvement initiative. The key concepts involved in decision-making were presented, as well as the key guiding principles of the Model called Efectividad Organizacional de Decisión TM. In order identify the improvement opportunities to be addressed during the program, the team analyzed the results of interviews and surveys.
We trained some of their executives to become internal “auxiliaries” in decision-making and we worked jointly with them to define the guidelines of the “company’s way” of making decisions.
