Strengthening of the decision-making capability


Our client was seeking to improve its decision-making capability by fostering the use of analysis tools and methodologies.


Together with the client we designed a program consisting of open workshops, focused on methodologies for the different kinds of decisions. We also conducted 2-hour seminars on day-to-day decision topics and real cases of the company.

Business impact

challenges (slants, emotion, uncertainty, team dynamics, among others) and participating leaders presented real decision cases of the company, sharing their insights on the different processes.
